Rutledge Hall News 6.11.2009

Thanks for a great school year! We at Rutledge wish you and your families an enjoyable and safe summer.

Students will receive their class assignment in the mail. These letters will be mailed Friday, August 14th. Students will receive their class assignments and fee statements only if re-registration has been completed. Students who have not re-registered will need to register and pay fees on the first day of school at the District Office.

Rutledge Hall will have a "walk-through" Monday, August 24th from 4:00-5:00 p.m. The building will be open for students to familiarize themselves with the surroundings and drop off supplies. Teachers are not present at this time.

Next year's school year will begin on Tuesday, August 25th. This day will be a half day of attendance. Dismissal will be at 10:40 a.m. Rutledge Hall school hours for next year will be 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Each Monday will be an early release, with dismissal at 1:45 p.m.

Please watch for summer letters coming home from the building. These will have important information and dates to note. Also, please check the website for this information.

Don't forget the summer reading program. Students should have received the summer reading letter and postcards. Students need to read 3 books this summer.
