Summer Reading
• All students are required to read 3 books over the summer. These 3 books can be self-selected. After reading these books, students can send back their post cards to Dr. Weiss. Post cards are tickets to great prizes in the Fall. Remember that reading is a life skill. The more students read, the better readers they become. Please encourage reading every day, and make sure that post cards are returned to Dr. Weiss. See the attached summer reading letter.

Skill Workbooks
• This year we are offering an option for parents to purchase skill workbooks for their students. This is in lieu of packets that teachers have previously sent home. A flier was sent home recently with this information. For your convenience, please see the flier that is attached here. This is a great way to provide review and practice during the summer months.

Last Day
• Our last day of school is Thursday, June 11. We will be in attendance from 8:00-9:20. Bus service will be provided. If your child is not in attendance on the last day, report cards will be mailed home.

Supplies
• Please encourage your child to bring home all personal belongings before the end of the year. This includes, school supplies, articles of clothing, lunch bags, instruments, and medications.

Registration
• If you have not yet completed registration, you MUST do so prior to then end of school. If you are not re-registered, your child had not been assigned to a class for next year. PLEASE take care of this now to avoid any issues later.
