WALK TO SCHOOL DAY
Walk to School Day is actually a national event. We will be meeting at Proesel Park on Wednesday at 8:00. The buses will drop off students at the park. You are welcome to join us for a brief presentation before we walk back to the school. Â
INSECT COLLECTIONÂ is due on Friday, October 10.
VOCABULARY
We will begin different vocabulary groups starting Monday. Our vocabulary series is part of our intervention process to help children better use English. Our vocabulary series is not a spelling focus.
TESTS
Your son/daughter has had a couple of quizzes and tests this first month. I will send each test home for you to see. I would like you to sign the test so that I know you have seen the results. After that, I keep the tests so that we can discuss the results during Parent Conferences. Likewise, I keep some of their worksheets to show during conferences. I do, however, return every quiz and assignment that the students would need to prepare for a test.
