iPhoto: Create Illustrated Books
Create illustrated books from stories the students write, field trip experiences, or any other topic you can think of. Use photos take with a camera, or the computer. End product does not need to be printed, but shared on your classroom blog in PDF format.

The session emphasized taking photos with the computer (using Photo Booth). Organizing, writing, and publishing the book in iPhoto.

Repair Permissions
A preventative maintenance procedure to perform on the computer is to repair the permissions. The attachment "Repair_Permissions" will explain how to complete this procedure.

Software Updates
This process is done automatically once a month, but many users dismiss this process. This process needs to be done to keep the computer up to date. This process can be done manually. Whether done automatically or manually, the "Software_Update" attachment describes how this is done.
