CULTURE FEST AT RUTLEDGE HALL

The Culture Fest this week at Rutledge Hall was a great success! The students in the ELL after school program and their teachers worked hard on this wonderful event. I enjoyed seeing the procession of students come into the gym carrying their home country flags representing approximately 20 different nations. Many students wore traditional clothes from their country too. The variety of delicious food that we were able to sample was incredible. Quarter 3 Report Cards

Report cards will be going home this Wednesday! Please read the insert from me in the report card. It will provide a brief overview of the curriculum for 3rd quarter in my ELL reading and writing classes. In addition, I provide specific comments about your child as well as more detailed information on how your child performed on the reading standards.
